You can make my sausage casserole the night before and pop it in the oven the next morning.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Brown sausage in a skillet, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Add cheese and stir. Set aside.
Arrange rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Add sausage, spreading it evenly.
Pour the egg mixture over the top.
Bake the breakfast casserole with sausage for 25 minutes and top with green onions. Serve and enjoy!
