Cheeseburger Casserole

You will need...

– ground beef – olive oil – onion powder – garlic powder – sugar-free tomato paste – ground pepper – eggs – heavy cream – cheddar grated – green beans – Dijon mustard

Not only is this dish full of protein, but it’s a great way to hide nutritious veggies.

Flour Bowl

 Preheat oven to 360°F. Place beef, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, tomato paste, ground pepper, and salt in a bowl. Stir well until combined.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the beef mixture and cook for 10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until it browns completely.

Add the cooked beef mixture to your prepared baking dish. Spread green beans over the beef.

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add heavy cream and a pinch of salt. Evenly pour this mixture over the meat and green beans.

 Spread grated cheddar over the top of the beef and green bean mixture.

 Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese, is golden brown. Serve, and enjoy!
