Combine flour, sugar, and butter using a food processor. When the butter os pea-sized, add egg and iced water.

Pull the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and rest in the refrigerator. Roll out the dough to half an inch thickness.

Mix sliced apples with sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

Roll out the dough, then place apples in the center. Next, fold over the edge of the apples.

Brush the egg around the edge of the pastry and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 45 minutes at 395°F. Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
