Incredible Beef Chuck Roast

This roast is fall-apart tender and every bite melts in your mouth!

You will need...

Boneless beef roast Butter unsalted Vegetable oil Yellow onion Garlic Carrots  Celery Potatoes  Rosemary Bay leaves Tomato paste Red wine Beef stock Salt and pepper

Set it up in minutes at the start of the day, and enjoy a beautiful pot roast for dinner!

Flour Bowl

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Season the beef with salt and pepper.


Heat butter and oil in a pan and sear beef until golden brown. Remove and set aside.


Add onion, garlic, carrots, celery, potatoes, rosemary to the pan. Allow to cook. Stir in the tomato paste.


Deglaze pan with red wine, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.


Place beef back in the pan, add beef stock and bay leaves.


Cover and cook in the oven for 5-6 hours. Serve hot with sides of your desire. Enjoy!
