Pat pork chops dry and season generously with pork chop seasoning on all sides.
Set Instant Pot to saute. Add butter and allow to melt. Add in pork and brown on both sides.
Remove pork chops and set them aside. Press cancel on your Instant Pot to stop the sauté feature.
Add chicken broth to your pot, and using a wooden spoon deglaze the bits of pork from the bottom of the pot.
Place pork chops back inside and secure the lid. Pressure cook for 7 minutes. Allow to naturally release on its own.
Set pork chops aside. In a bowl combine cornstarch and water and mix. Add slurry into the remaining liquid inside your Instant Pot and mix.
