Add Greek yogurt, avocados, lime juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper to a food processor or blender.
2 large avocados, 1 cup Greek yogurt, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 3 Tablespoons lime juice, ½ teaspoon Maldon sea salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Blend until smooth and creamy, with no lumps. Taste and add extra seasoning as necessary.

Use large, ripe avocados. If your avocados aren't ripe enough yet, they will be impossible to cut and peel without it being difficult or making a mess.
If your avocados aren't ripe enough yet, add them to a brown paper bag. If you have a banana, throw it in there with them to help them ripen.
If you don't have a blender or food processor, don't worry. You can make this recipe using a fork just by mixing it in a bowl. It won't reach the same smooth pureed texture as blending it would, but it will still be delicious.
Add spices to mix it up. This avocado cream sauce is perfect for building flavors off of, so don't be afraid to add other spices or fresh cilantro if you want to try something new.
