Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan, and whisk until combined.
4 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce, ½ cup Honey, 2 Tablespoons Rice vinegar, 3 Tablespoons Soy sauce, 3 cloves Garlic
Place the pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once it reaches boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 more minutes, until it begins to thicken.
Remove from the heat and let cool; it will continue thickening as it cools.
Drizzle over the desired dish, and enjoy!
Notes
Don't be afraid to change up the ratios! Less soy sauce will intensify the sweet and spicy nature of it, while less sriracha will lead to a less spicy, more savory sauce.
Adding in a splash of apple cider vinegar adds a great tang!
You can adjust the spice levels by adding more or less sriracha, or even adding in a half teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
This sauce gets thick and delicious once chilled. Warm it up again for a thicker sauce for dipping!
Always use fresh garlic. Powdered garlic just won't be the same, and has a lot less intensity of flavor.
The flavor will develop overnight! Make this sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge; it'll be even better in the morning.
