In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Use immediately as instructed below or store for up to 2 weeks; it may be stored longer if leaving out the Parmesan.
Cook corn to your preference, then season with the spice mixture. For added richness, use a little butter. You can also stir it into a bowl of shaved corn!
Notes
I recommend grilling or roasting the corn. Grilling it without the husk is ideal for those delicious grill marks!
You can leave out the cilantro if you don't like it; it will still taste delicious!
This recipe is great for sprucing up leftover corn on the cob! Just reheat the corn in the microwave or oven, then add the seasoning.
