Brush on to wings, or use as a dip and enjoy! This sauce is also great for tossing crispy wings in!
Notes
If you plan to smoke the wings or continue baking them with the sauce added, use granulated garlic. Fresh garlic will burn at high temperatures and get bitter.
I highly recommend grating your own Parmesan! You can also use Pecorino Romano, but it will have a slightly different flavor.
You can apply this sauce partway through the cook time of the wings, or use it as a dipping sauce.
