Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted butter
  • cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
    1 stick Unsalted butter
  • Add the salt, pepper, garlic, and minced fresh parsley into the melted butter, and stir well.
1 Tablespoon Fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon Pepper, ½ teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • Add the grated Parmesan and remove from the heat.
    ⅔ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Brush on to wings, or use as a dip and enjoy! This sauce is also great for tossing crispy wings in!

Notes

  • If you plan to smoke the wings or continue baking them with the sauce added, use granulated garlic. Fresh garlic will burn at high temperatures and get bitter.
  • I highly recommend grating your own Parmesan! You can also use Pecorino Romano, but it will have a slightly different flavor.
  • You can apply this sauce partway through the cook time of the wings, or use it as a dipping sauce.
