Preheat the oven to 400°F, and grease a large baking sheet. Roll out the pizza dough into the pan so it reaches the edges, then pre-bake for 8 minutes. For easier cleanup, add parchment paper to the pan.
1 can Pizza dough
As the crust is baking, add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown, drain the grease if desired, then add the water and taco seasoning ingredients and let simmer until the water is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
1 lb Ground beef, 1 oz Taco seasoning, 1 Tablespoon Chili powder, ½ Tablespoon Garlic powder, ½ Tablespoon Dried onion, 1 teaspoon Black pepper, 2 teaspoons Paprika, Salt
Add in the refried beans, and stir over the heat until hot and well mixed. The beans should start to thin out and be less chunky.
15 oz Refried beans
Remove the crust once the 8 minutes are up and spread with salsa. Then layer on top the beef and beans mixture, and press it flat with a spatula.
1 cup Salsa
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top, then top with olives.
8 oz Cheddar cheese, 2.25 oz Black olives
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is browning and bubbly.
Slice the green onions and tomatoes, then sprinkle them on the baked pizza.
