Add ¾ cup soy sauce, ½ cup rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, finely chopped 1-inch piece ginger, 3 finely minced garlic cloves, 1 thinly sliced scallion, and the zest of 1 orange to a medium bowl.
Mix together until fully combined. If you like, heat it up in a small saucepan on the stove on low until it warms through and reaches the consistency you like. Enjoy!
