Season: Pour the oil mixture over the roast, turning it to coat. Then pour on the seasonings and pat them down until the roast is covered on all sides.
Roast: Place the roast in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes. Then, carefully flip the roast and air fry at 320 degrees for another 45-60 minutes, depending on the size of your roast.
Rest: Remove your roast from the air fryer, and allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes. Then, slice the serve with your favorite sides!

Notes
Adding aluminum foil helps make cleanup a breeze! It also collects all those incredible juices, letting the roast cook in them instead of losing moisture by letting it drip to the bottom.
Save the drippings and bottle them up for later- or, use them in a mouthwatering Pot Roast Gravy!
Make sure to preheat the air fryer to ensure it sears nicely. If it's not preheated, the 15 minutes of cooking time to sear the outside of the roast may need to be extended.
Always check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. You want to hit at least 145 °F (medium-rare) to ensure the meat has cooked through.
