Instructions
In a coffee mug or other large mug, mix 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil and 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder until you have a thick, chocolatey liquid.

Add in ¼ tsp. salt and 6 Tbsp. sugar and thoroughly mix through until smooth.

Using a fork, thoroughly mix in 1 egg.

Carefully stir in 4 Tbsp. flour and ¼ tsp. baking powder. Thoroughly mix together.

Fold in 2 Tbsp. white chocolate chips and 2 Tbsp. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional) until evenly distributed.

Microwave for 1 minute. The brownie in a mug will rise, then sink a little bit, and should still be wet to the touch.

Don't overcook it: Microwaves vary, start off by cooking for 1 minute, and then cook in 15-second intervals as necessary.
Picking the right mug: Use a heavy mug, with no metal, that can hold at least 1 cup of liquid. This helps when mixing the mug brownie mix to become less messy.
Let it cool: Letting your mug brownie rest briefly after it comes out of the microwave makes a difference in texture and it's flavor. Serving a mug brownie straight from the microwave will be too hot to enjoy.
