Homemade Italian Dressing
Make deliciously bold and rich homemade Italian dressing in 10 minutes following my easy recipe! You'll want to keep a bottle of it in your fridge!

- ⅔ cup avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine or white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Italian parsley finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar.
⅔ cup avocado oil, ¼ cup red wine, 1 garlic clove, 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 Tablespoon Italian parsley, 2 teaspoons honey, 1½ teaspoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Mix together using a whisk or fork, or close the jar and shake until fully combined.
- Using fresh ingredients, like fresh garlic and fresh lemon juice, will give your dressing a much better taste.
- After storing your dressing, make sure to give it a good mix again to distribute all of the ingredients evenly.
- Make sure to store your dressing properly in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
