- 5 Russet potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ⅓ cup olive oil
In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon sea salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.
1 Tablespoon garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon pepper
Spray a baking dish (I use a 9-inch square baking dish) with cooking spray to stop the potatoes from sticking.
Cut 5 russet potatoes into cubes, then rinse and dry them well. Once dry, add them to the prepared baking dish.
5 Russet potatoes
Pour the olive oil on the potatoes, and toss to coat.
⅓ cup olive oil
With a spoonful at a time, add the seasonings to the potatoes and shake to season between spoonfuls.
Add the baking dish to the grill over Medium heat and cook for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes!
Serve your grilled potatoes recipe, and enjoy!
- If you're using Yukon Gold or red potatoes, be gentle stirring them, as the softer flesh can more easily break up.
- Feel free to add more seasonings! I like adding dried herbs, paprika, or a garnish of chives!
- You can also chop up an onion into large slices and add them to the pan for a sweet twist; they cook up soft and beautiful!
- You can use a grill basket if you prefer instead of the baking dish.
