My all-purpose Roasted Vegetable Seasoning is the perfect blend of flavors for just about any vegetable you can roast!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Red chili flakes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl, and mix well.

  • Sprinkle over oil-drizzled vegetables before roasting.

Notes

  • You can adjust the seasoning ratios as desired, or add in extra spices! I like adding cayenne if I want a bit more spice, and for mild, buttery vegetables, I leave out the Italian seasoning.
  • Make sure to use a quality flake salt - I like Maldon sea salt, but you can use any nice flaky salt. It makes a much bigger difference than you'd ever imagine, with a better flavor and a nice crunch.
  • Adding curry powder to the mix is perfect for a twist on the recipe! I like making a dipping sauce of curry powder and mayonnaise to serve with curry vegetables.
