Use a pastry brush to coat the pork chops with the oil. Set aside.
1 Tablespoon avocado oil
To a zip-top bag, add the remainder of the ingredient (without the fresh parsley). Close the bag. Shake until everything is combined.
¾ cup Italian bread crumbs, 2 Tablespoons grated parmesan, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, ½ teaspoon coarse kosher salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper
Place the pork chops one at a time in the bag. Close the bag. Shake until the pork chop is coated.
Place the pork chop on a wire rack on a baking sheet. Place a piece of parchment paper on the baking sheet for easy clean up. Repeat for each pork chop.
Bake for 22-24 minutes or until you reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
Top with fresh parsley. Serve, and enjoy!

Notes
Make extra of the seasoning used in the shake and bake pork chops mix and store it with your other seasonings. When you make the mix again, you can have it on hand and ready to use to simplify the recipe.
Be sure to use 1-inch thick pork chops that are boneless for best results.
