Equipment

Ingredients

  • cup Mayonnaise
  • cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili garlic sauce

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly to combine.
⅔ cup Mayonnaise, ⅓ cup Sriracha sauce, 2 Tablespoons Chili garlic sauce
  • Adjust with milk, oil, or vinegar until at your desired level of thinness, then bottle, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make this sauce ahead of time. Most sauces get much more flavorful and intense once they've had time to rest in the fridge, and sriracha sauce with mayo is no exception. I recommend resting it for at least 2 hours, but ideally, make it at the beginning of the week and use it all week!
  • Add variations as you serve it! I like making the most simple form of this recipe to start with, then adding in variations like lime juice, herbs, and spices when I'm serving it, based on what I'm serving. That way, you can keep customizing the base for each meal.
  • Adjust the thinness with oil or vinegar, not water. Water will just dilute the flavor, while oil and vinegar will make it taste even better.
  • You can make your own mayo using egg yolks and oil, but store bought mayonnaise is great, too.
