This easy gluten-free stuffing uses under 10 simple ingredients.
Bake gluten-free bread cubes to make stuffing croutons.
Chop bacon, leek, and onion, and steep dried porcini mushrooms in hot water.
Fry onions, leeks, and bacon in a skillet greased with butter.
Mix with mushrooms, walnuts, thyme, bread, seasoning, and stock in a bowl.
Bake for 20 minutes under foil. Remove foil, and bake for 10 to 20 minutes longer.
