Korean braised short ribs only take 10 mins of prep and are made with simple ingredients!
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar in a bowl. Whisk well.
Sprinkle ribs with flour. Heat a cast iron Dutch oven to medium-high on the stove top. Then add oil.
Add ribs along with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove ribs.
Cook ginger, onion and garlic in the pan. Return ribs. Pour the sauce over the top along with of beef broth and stir.
Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove and add broth. Cook for 1 more hour. Remove and add more broth. Return and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve boneless beef short ribs with rice and enjoy!
