Ingredients
1lb.brussels sproutscleaned and cut -- see notes
½tsp.sriracha
1Tbsp.honey
⅓cupolive oil
1Tbsp.garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Clean and cut your brussels sprouts into halves (see notes).
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, then evenly spread your brussels sprouts on the tray. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, and sriracha. Toss the sprouts on the tray to evenly coat. Sprinkle on garlic powder and toss until everything is evenly coated.Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until the sprouts are nicely caramelized. Enjoy!

How to Clean Brussels Sprouts
Wash your hands. Place brussels sprouts in a colander and rinse under cold running water. Do not use hot water, or your sprouts will wilt.
With the water running, use your fingers to rub the sprouts to dislodge and clean them of any dirt. Then, proceed by following our guide on How to Cut Brussels Sprouts below.
How to Cut Brussels Sprouts
Wash your sprouts first, then cut off the nubby stem at the end of each sprout. Don’t cut too far up the sprout, or you’ll loosen the leaves.
Peel off any blemished, discolored, or wilted outer leaves.
Slice your brussels sprouts in half.
Recipe Tips
Use a large baking sheet so the brussels sprouts don’t crowd together! Spreading the brussels sprouts out more allows them to crisp up.
Clean and cut your sprouts. Don’t skip this step! This will give you much better results roasting brussels sprouts.
Look for bright green brussels sprouts at the store. Bright green sprouts without any wilted leaves are going to taste the best.
You want all of your sprouts to be relatively the same size, but the smaller sprouts will have a more naturally sweet flavor.
