Cook pasta according to package directions. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

In a saute pan over medium heat, add butter and avocado oil. Allow the butter to melt and bubble.

Once the butter stops bubbling, add shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
1 pound large shrimp, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Cook the shrimp on both sides for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp.
Add white wine, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Italian seasoning to the pan. Simmer for 1 minute.

Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Toss to combine.
Remove the saute pan from the heat and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
