In a small bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, and a ranch package.

Once combined well, begin to spread evenly on a large flour tortilla. Add shredded chicken to your tortilla, then begin to roll the tortilla tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Jalapeño Popper Pinwheel
In a small bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, diced jalapenos, diced green pepper, and a taco seasoning package.
8 oz cream cheese, ½ packet taco seasoning, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup cooked bacon, 4 medium jalapeños, 1 medium green pepper
Once combined, evenly spread onto a large flour tortilla. Add shredded chicken to your tortilla, then begin to roll the tortilla tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Strawberry Cheesecake Pinwheel
Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface, and spread evenly on one side with cream cheese. Add diced strawberries, granola, cinnamon, and sugar on top. Begin to roll the tortilla tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
1 cup strawberries, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon sugar, ⅓ cup chocolate granola, 4 large flour tortillas, 8 oz cream cheese
Cut, serve and enjoy!

Notes
I recommend using large burrito-sized tortillas, you can use smaller ones if you'd like though.
These pinwheels need time to chill or they won't hold together well. I recommend chilling for at least an hour before slicing and serving.
