It's so easy!

This is one of the best Sunday dinner ideas! So easy and amazingly tasty!

Flour Bowl

In a bowl, whisk together salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season both sides of each pork chop.

1

Set aside some flour. Spread out the remaining flour on a plate. Coat each side of the pork chops.

2

Place a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add oil and brown pork chops until golden. Remove to a plate.

3

Add onion to the skillet. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. Push to one side of the pan.

4

Add butter in the center of the pan. Once it melts, mix in the remaining flour. Continue to stir until golden brown.

5

Pour in broth while whisking. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low and simmer until it starts to thickens.

6

Reduce heat to low and whisk in buttermilk and water. Nestle back in pork chops, cover, and simmer until they are tender.

7

Serve over rice and enjoy!
