How to Make Pizza Monkey Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine Oléico® High Oleic Safflower Oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper. Cover the bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds, then let cool for 1 minute.
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Add all the cut biscuits into the same large bowl with oil. Toss to coat.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni to the same bowl, then toss to combine.
Grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan with oil. Layer pan with half of the biscuit mixture and drizzle with half of the marinara sauce.
Repeat the layers, then bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the sides and center tube of the pan. Flip the pan and place the pizza bread onto a serving plate.
Top with fresh basil, if desired. Serve with marinara sauce or our oil dipping sauce!
