  • 1 cup pulled pork see notes below
  • ½ cup coleslaw more or less to taste see notes below
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce more or less to taste, see notes below
  • 4 brioche buns

Instructions

  • Optional: If you are using leftover pulled pork from the fridge, warm your pork on a skillet for a few minutes until warmed through. You can toast your buns, if you want as well. Set the bottom halves of brioche buns (or buns of your choice) on a clean surface.
    4 brioche buns
  • Spoon on pulled pork divided between the sandwiches (or more or less to taste), about 4 Tbsp. each sandwich. You can also use tongs.
    1 cup pulled pork
  • Top each sandwich with BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce for extra flavor.
    ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • Spoon on coleslaw to taste (about 2 Tbsp. or a little less is usually enough).
    ½ cup coleslaw
  • Top with your favorite toppings like red onion slices and cilantro! Add the top bun and enjoy!
