There is so much you can do with leftover pulled pork, but one of my favorite things to make with it is this pulled pork sandwich recipe. If you’re wondering what to make with leftover pulled pork, this is the way to go!
¼cupteriyaki saucemore or less to taste, see notes below
4brioche buns
Instructions
Optional: If you are using leftover pulled pork from the fridge, warm your pork on a skillet for a few minutes until warmed through. You can toast your buns, if you want as well. Set the bottom halves of brioche buns (or buns of your choice) on a clean surface.
4 brioche buns
Spoon on pulled pork divided between the sandwiches (or more or less to taste), about 4 Tbsp. each sandwich. You can also use tongs.
1 cup pulled pork
Top each sandwich with BBQ sauce or teriyaki sauce for extra flavor.
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
Spoon on coleslaw to taste (about 2 Tbsp. or a little less is usually enough).
½ cup coleslaw
Top with your favorite toppings like red onion slices and cilantro! Add the top bun and enjoy!
