    Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

One of my favorite side dishes to make is Brussel sprouts. Brussels sprouts are honestly one of my family’s favorite vegetables, and the best thing about them is how well they pair with spicy and sweet flavors like sriracha, maple syrup, and honey.

Brussels sprouts are best when roasted, and I cannot even tell you how delicious they are in the air fryer! Air-fried Brussels sprouts take your average roasted Brussels sprouts recipe to the next level. They are crispy and so flavorful, and I love how quickly they cook!

    Fried Brussel Sprouts Ingredients

    • Brussels sprouts
    • Panko breadcrumbs
    • Paprika
    • Turmeric
    • Cumin
    • Olive oil
    • Maple syrup

Brussels sprouts pair very well with spicy and sweet flavors, so they are absolutely delicious with maple syrup. You can make them with other combinations, too, like my Honey Sriracha Roasted Brussels Sprouts or Brussels Sprouts Salad.

    1. Mix breadcrumbs with paprika, cumin, and turmeric in a bowl. Chop Brussels sprouts in half and add to a separate bowl with olive oil and maple syrup, mixing together until all sprouts are coated. Then, add the breadcrumb mixture to the Brussels sprouts bowl and stir together well to coat completely.

    2. Evenly spread the Brussels sprouts on your air fryer tray or in the basket, being careful not to overcrowd the air fryer. Air fry at 360°F for 8 minutes in batches until all Brussels sprouts are done.
