It’s February, and I can’t believe how much has already happened this year! January was a month of growth, movement, and stepping out of my comfort zone—literally and figuratively!
This past month, I’ve spent a lot of time walking and listening to podcasts. One day, I even hit 17,000 steps! I love using my Apple watch to track my progress throughout the day! My daily goal is 10,000, but it was such beautiful weather that I just kept going.
Whether I’m outside soaking up the fresh air or inside on my walking pad, I’m making sure to get my steps in! While I didn’t lose any weight in January (full disclosure—I haven’t lost a pound since November!), I realized that’s not what this journey is about. I feel amazing, and I’m celebrating the fact that I haven’t gained any weight! Oh, and my walking shoes? They are the best, I wouldn’t get nearly as far without them!
I’ll continue to share my journey with all of you so you can help keep me accountable. Your encouragement means so much! And speaking of my walks, I love listening to podcasts while I’m out and about.

January Wins: Filming Live in My Kitchen 🎥🍽️
Another big milestone for me- I filmed three live videos of me in my kitchen sharing my kids’ favorite recipes! It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and guess what? It gets easier and easier with each one. Filming in my dream kitchen has made it even more fun. I’ve imagined a space like this for so long, and now I get to cook, create, and share recipes right here. It still feels a little surreal, but I’m loving every minute of it!

We’re still editing the last two videos, but I’m so excited to bring these recipes to life for you. They are the most requested meals by my kids, and I know they’ll be a hit in your home too! What dish should I film next? I would love your suggestions.
