Tips for Making Meatball Sauce

- Many of these sauces also work great as glazes! Or, add your meatballs into the saucepan and let them cook in the sauce for a while to really flavor them through.
- I recommend serving the sauces with small ladles or soup spoons and tiny dishes, so guests can serve themselves versus dipping into the bowl and risking contamination.

If you don't like or can't have tomato, I recommend serving spaghetti and meatballs with gravy, instead! It becomes a dish much like Swedish meatballs and egg noodles and is a huge hit with kids.
Yes! However, to avoid cross contamination, I recommend portioning out enough sauce for one meal, then storing the rest right away. The rest can be used again later, or used as a sauce for other meals.
