Baked Pork Chop Recipes Tips
- Make sure to bake your pork chops at a high temp. This helps caramelize your pork chops and lock in their juices.
- Don’t overcook your pork chops; once they reach an internal temperature between 145℉ and 150℉ as read by a meat thermometer, take them out of the oven.
- Let your pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to ensure moist, juicy pork chops!
- My family loves bone-in pork chops, but you can easily make this recipe with boneless pork chops.
