Bagel Seasoning Tips
- For a spicy blend, add 1 tablespoon of crushed red peppers
- For a smoky blend, add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- For an Asian fusion blend, add 1 Tablespoon of dried minced ginger
- I do not recommend using table salt for this recipe. You want a larger flake or sized salt for the texture. I like to use coarse kosher salt, but also enjoy using flaked sea salt or pretzel salt.
- If you are unable to find black sesame seeds at your local grocery store I have found them at Indian and Asian markets, as well as online. Black sesame seeds are not required.
