The flavors in my ham salad recipe are so delicious. It is tangy and bright, with just the right amount of kick and the perfect level of creaminess. Because it takes on the flavors of whatever leftover ham you use to make it, you will get the most amazing results using your own home-cooked ham.
Try this dish using your leftover Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas ham, and I promise you will be so pleased with the results. A good ham salad recipe like this one is the perfect way to use leftover ham!
