RHUBARB DUMP CAKE
Rhubarb Dump Cake
1 hour & 10 minutes
– 4 cups sliced rhubarb – 1 cup granulated sugar – 1 box moist yellow cake mix – 1 cup cold water – ¾ cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Add the rhubarb and spread to cover the bottom of the dish.
Pour the sugar over the top.
Add cake mix.
Spread the yellow cake mix over the top of the rhubarb and sugar.
Add water & butter.
Pour water over the mix. Then, pour the melted butter over the cake mix.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the top is browned. Serve and enjoy!
