Shaved steak makes the best meat for Philly Cheesesteak. In the case of my Philly cheesesteak sliders recipe, use shaved ribeye for best results. If preferred, you can also use sirloin for sirloin steak sliders.
Serve Philly cheesesteak sliders with a side of potato chips, baked crispy potato wedges, or air fryer french fries. My air fryer mushrooms would also make an incredible side dish for Philly cheesesteak sliders!
