CRISPY AIR FRYER MUSHROOMS

Clean 8oz. 'Baby Bella' Portobello mushrooms using a damp towel. Cut each one into quarters and then cut each piece in half again. Each mushroom will equal 8 pieces.
Pour 1½ cups Panko breadcrumbs into a bowl. Season with 1½ tsp. Garlic powder and Onion powder, 1 tsp. Paprika and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Finally, add salt and pepper to your liking.
Pour ½ cup flour onto a plate, and whisk 3 eggs in a bowl.
Toss mushrooms in flour until coated, then dunk in eggs. Finally, toss in the spiced breadcrumb mixture until all are coated.
Arrange ⅓ of your mushrooms in the Air Fryer basket - fry in batches to avoid over-crowding. Spray lightly with cooking spray and fry at 360°F for 7 minutes.
Remove from the fryer when fully cooked. Repeat with remaining batches.
Serve immediately, and enjoy alone or with dipping sauce.
