Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
My easy recipe for pork tenderloin in the air fryer will without a doubt be the hero of your next weeknight dinner! At my house, Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin is on our regular dinner rotation. It’s always a hit between both kids and adults at the table, and it’s so easy to make.
I like to think of pork tenderloin as the filet mignon of pork! It’s a very lean cut of pork, and comes out tender and juicy every time. Not having to fire up the oven or grill is amazing! Pork tenderloin cooks so fast in the air fryer that dinner is ready in under 30 minutes.
The best part of this recipe is how it begins to crisp up perfectly in the air fryer; the sugar in the seasoning blend begins to caramelize to create an explosion of flavor!
I love how easy this recipe is to prepare and how juicy it turned out. Thank you for the awesome recipe.

How Long to Cook Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer
Cook pork tenderloin in the air fryer for 20-22 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145-155°F, the safe temperature for pork. Timing may depend on how thick your pork tenderloin is, so use a meat thermometer to ensure your pork is cooked all of the way through and doesn’t dry out.
Tips for Air Frying Pork Tenderloin
- Resting your pork after air frying is very important as it locks in all the moisture and juices of the pork!
- Let your air fryer completely preheat before placing the pork tenderloin inside.
- If your pork tenderloin is too large for the inside of your air fryer, cut it in half and cook it as instructed.

It’s amazing what you can cook with an air fryer! I love mine and highly recommend it. It even has a steaming function to re-hydrate stale bread!

Pork Tenderloin Temperature Chart
As a general rule, the minimum internal temperature for pork, such as chops or roasts, is 145°F as the USDA recommends.
Use an instant read meat thermometer to measure the temperature of your pork. For best results, take it off the heat as soon as it reaches the proper internal temperature, and let it rest before slicing.
