My Pulled Pork Pizza Recipe is one of the easiest and most delicious flatbread recipes ever. Slow-cooker pulled pork marinated with sweet and sticky BBQ sauce and perfectly melty cheese on a crispy flatbread sounds like heaven, right? Well, you can have this deliciousness in 15 minutes!
Pulled Pork Flatbread
I have a thing for flatbread recipes. You can never have too many! Homemade flatbread pizza is one of the most leisurely dinners you can make, and you can top it with anything you want. With an egg on top, it’s like an extra special breakfast for dinner!
One of my favorite flatbread toppings is pulled pork. I love making my homemade slow cooker pulled pork and delicious pizza. Is there anything better than making a Sunday meal that can lead to easy weeknight meals?
This is the recipe if you need an easy dinner to feed your family or want to whip up a quick and easy game-day appetizer. It is one of the best crowd-feeding recipes ever!

Pulled Pork Pizza Ingredients
- Thin crust pizza or flatbread, you can even use homemade pizza dough
- Leftover Pulled pork or Pulled Pork Instant Pot Recipe
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder
- Barbecue sauce
- Chopped cilantro for garnish – optional
- sliced red onions – optional
- Queso fresco – optional
I’ve even tried this recipe with naan flatbread, and it’s fantastic that way, too!
How to Make Pulled Pork Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread half of the BBQ sauce over the entire flatbread crust.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet and layer with ¾ cup of the shredded cheese.
- Top with half the pulled pork, and sprinkle with garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
- Layer with the remaining cheese and then the remaining pork. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the flatbread browns and gets crispy, and the cheese melts.
- Top with sea salt and the remaining BBQ sauce. Optional: Finish with fresh cilantro, red onion and queso fresco. Serve and enjoy!

- 1 cup shredded cheese your choice, I used mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

- Mix up the toppings: You can use whatever cheese or sauce you like! I like buffalo ranch sauce, but you can test different sauces out to try. It’s fun!
- Try a different flatbread: I use Flatout brand flatbread because I like how it crisps up in the oven, but you can use your favorite brand. Naan works, too!
