One of my favorite flatbread toppings is pulled pork. I love making my homemade slow cooker pulled pork (and I’ll give you my recipe for that, too!) and topping everything with it, but especially flatbread.

Flatbread Pizza Recipe Ingredients
- Thin crust pizza flatbread – I use Flatout brand
- 1 1/2 cups pulled pork – see notes below for link to pulled pork recipe
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Buffalo ranch dressing to taste – or try our Romesco sauce or homemade Buffalo sauce
- Chopped cilantro to taste – optional
- 1 fried egg – optional
One of the best things about this pulled pork pizza flatbread recipe is that you can add whatever toppings you like! Some of the flatbread toppings I like the most are buffalo ranch sauce and a fried egg, but you could also try different sauces, cheeses, and herbs.

For the flatbread, you can use your favorite brand. My favorite brand to use is Flatout because it always gives that perfectly crispy crust, but you can use whatever you like the most. I’ve even tried this recipe with naan flatbread before, and it’s amazing that way, too!
How to Make Flatbread Pizza with Pulled Pork
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place 1 flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Layer with 3/4 cup shredded cheese.
- Top with 1 cup pulled pork. Sprinkle on 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Top with remaining 1/2 cup pulled pork, then add 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes.
- Layer with remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until flatbread browns and gets crispy, and cheese melts.
- Top with 1 tsp. sea salt. Pipe on (or squeeze from bottle) buffalo ranch dressing to taste. Finish with chopped cilantro to taste and a fried egg.
