Pulled Pork Pizza Ingredients
- Thin crust pizza or flatbread
- Pulled pork
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder
- BBQ sauce

For the pizza crust or flatbread, you can use your favorite brand. My favorite brand to use is Golden Home Bakery because it always gives that perfectly crispy crust, but you can use whatever you like the most. I’ve even tried this recipe with naan flatbread before, and it’s amazing that way, too!
How to Make Pulled Pork Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spread half of the BBQ sauce over the entire flatbread crust.
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet and layer with ¾ cup of the shredded cheese.Â
- Top with half of the pulled pork, and sprinkle with garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
- Layer with the remaining cheese and then the remaining pork. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the flatbread browns and gets crispy, and the cheese melts.Â
- Top with sea salt, and the remaining BBQ sauce. Optional: Finish with fresh cilantro, red onion, queso fresco, and a fried egg. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
- Mix up the toppings: You can use whatever cheese or sauce you like! I like buffalo ranch sauce, but you can test different sauces out to try. It’s fun!
- Try a different flatbread: I use Flatout brand flatbread because I like how it crisps up in the oven, but you can use your favorite brand. Naan works, too!
