Pork Nachos
I love making a large batch of my shredded pulled pork, grilled BBQ pork butt, Pulled Pork Instant Pot Recipe, or smoked pork butt for Sunday dinner. The reason I love these recipes so much is I love using leftovers all week to make amazingly easy recipes. Knowing I could use the leftovers in different dishes makes my weeknight meals so easy.
When the kids were growing up, this was magic. This is also one of our family’s must-have game-day appetizers during football season. It’s so fun to make a big batch and watch everyone enjoy it so much!
Quick and easy and super delicious 🤤
