Pulled Pork Tacos – Best Taco Bar Party, Ever
My family LOVES taco night. Tacos and salsa are always a hit in my house! I love trying all different kinds of tacos recipes, but my favorite might just be these slow cooker pulled pork tacos.
They’re tangy, a little sweet, and have a kick from favorite taco toppings like onions and jalapeno. I like to serve them on hard shells for the crunch, but pulled pork tacos are great as hard tacos or soft tacos.
Either way, they’re so full of flavor and easy to make, you’ll want to make them every taco night!
My favorite way to enjoy taco night ideas like this is with a taco bar party. Set out your shells, toppings, and fillings, and let your family and friends put them together however they like!
Slow cooker pulled pork tacos are my favorite addition to a taco bar party. At the end of the day, the pulled pork is always gone!

- 1 small tomato, diced
- Fresh corn to taste – about 1 Tbsp.

- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce – use from pulled pork recipe or Homemade Teriyaki Sauce

- ¼ lime for juice
- Shredded cheese to taste
